Events Marketing Executive
Motivate Media Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Marketing Executive to support our Events Marketing Manager and contribute to the successful promotion and execution of Motivate Events. These include major regional events such as the What's On Nightlife Awards, Campaign ME Conferences, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, and more.
This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone with a passion for events and marketing. You'll be involved in executing event marketing campaigns across various channels, managing guest communications, supporting with partnerships, and helping ensure smooth event promotion from planning to post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for all Motivate Events (digital, social, email, PR, print, barters, third-party platforms).
• Support in driving ticket/table sales, sponsorship visibility, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate guest invitations, RSVPs, seating plans, and database management for gala events.
• Ensure consistent event branding and messaging across all communication platforms.
• Assist in media partnerships, barter deals, and third-party promotions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements for future events.
• Create weekly event marketing activity reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including editorial, design, and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in event marketing or communications.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, especially social media and email campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends during event periods.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
