Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell exhibition spaces and related services.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Follow up with clients pre- and post-exhibition to ensure their expectations are met and gather feedback for future improvements.
Exhibition Planning and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of exhibitions.
Assist clients with booth setup, design, and logistics to ensure a smooth exhibition experience.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the exhibition industry.
Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.
Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the exhibition and events sector, including knowledge of industry players, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
