Job Title: Events Manager (Real Estate and Hospitality)

The Events Manager oversees and manages all aspects of event planning and execution within the real estate and hospitality industry. This role involves strategizing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events such as property showcases, open houses, client appreciation events, conferences, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless executions.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers, venues, and contractors for event-related services and materials.
Event Execution and Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of events, including setup, coordination of staff, and managing event-day activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations during events.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies for events.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to drive attendance and engagement for events.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials related to events.
Client and Guest Experience:
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for clients, guests, and attendees during events.
  • Address any concerns or inquiries from clients and guests promptly and professionally.
  • Collect feedback and assess the success of events to improve future initiatives.
Post-Event Analysis:
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reports to measure the success of events.
  • Analyze data and feedback to make recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Events Manager or similar role within the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Budget management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional certifications or training in event planning or management are a plus.
