Events Manager (Dubai)
Motivate Media Group is seeking a highly organized and creative Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of our flagship events in Dubai. These include high-profile gatherings such as the What's On Nightlife Awards, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, Campaign Conferences, and more.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience managing events from concept to delivery, with a strong focus on guest experience, sponsor coordination, and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute a diverse calendar of events, from gala awards to conferences and experiential activations.
• Lead end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, budgeting, production, registration, and on-site management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including editorial, marketing, sales, and design teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, partners, and agencies.
• Oversee guest list coordination, seating plans, and RSVPs for high-profile events.
• Ensure all events align with brand objectives and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Manage post-event reporting, feedback collection, and ROI analysis.
• Maintain timelines and project plans to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Event operations experience is a must for this role as you will be on site building each event.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of event management experience in the UAE, ideally within media, publishing, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of managing premium B2B and B2C events.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Dubai venues, suppliers, and event regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
