: - Understand event needs, develop event plans, schedules and budgets, and event emergency plans; - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and other event personnel to negotiate contracts and arrangements; - Event material preparation, including promotional materials, booth set-up, handling logistics, venue selection, transportation and accommodation; - Oversee the setup, maintenance and breakdown of event facilities and equipment. Ensure the smooth running of the event and resolve any issues that may arise; - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws; - Event review and improvement. Job Qualifications: 1- Education and Training: A degree or diploma in event management, hospitality or a related field is usually preferred. 2- Experience: 3 years of experience in event management or a related field. This experience may include planning and executing a range of events, such as conferences, meetings, etc; 3- Communication skills: Event managers should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be adept at handling conflicts and issues. 4- Organizational and time management skills: Event managers must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 5- Budgeting and financial skills: Event managers should have experience in budgeting, financial management and contract negotiation. 6- Preferred: Knowledge in the gaming field, such as poker. Familiarity with the European market. Knowledge of multiple languages. We are looking forward to having you on the team!
