Job Description

The Events Team at Lincoln University of Business and Management is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team. As an Events Team Intern, you will represent the university at various business and academic functions, helping to strengthen the university's brand presence and foster relationships with industry partners, alumni, and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing university events, conferences, and business seminars

- Represent Lincoln University at external business functions, career fairs, and networking events

- Support the coordination of guest speaker series and industry panels

- Help manage event logistics including venue setup, registration, and attendee engagement

- Create promotional materials and manage social media communications for events

- Collect and analyze post-event feedback to improve future activities

- Maintain professional relationships with university partners and sponsors

- Assist with budget tracking and post-event reporting

- background organizing/participating in TED conferences

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional demeanor and presentation abilities

- Organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with event planning is a plus but not required

-Fluency in English

-Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not required
