Job Description

We are looking for an organised and dynamic Events (DSG) Coordinator to join the team at ESM and take the lead in planning, organising, and executing sporting events under the Dubai Schools Games initiative. You'll play a key role in coordinating various sports events across schools in Dubai, building strong relationships with sponsors and vendors, and supporting the growth and success of each event throughout the year.

Key Objectives

Support the delivery of all the Dubai Schools Games events Lead on administrative aspects of the Dubai Schools Games including processing entries, and communicating with venues, schools, committee members, technical partners, vendors and sponsors Onsite set up, event delivery and set down of all events during the season Uplift the event services and offerings and contribute new event ideas Research to identify opportunities and new technical partners for Dubai Schools Games Research to identify opportunities and new technical partners and venues for Dubai Schools Games Request marketing material and update and monitor the Dubai Schools Games website with the assistance of the ESMcreate and ESMsolutions Support the events division with other events and projects as and when the Events Manager directs

Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours

Desired Qualifications

Degree in Management/Marketing/Business, or related field to the post

Desired Experience

1-2 years in events and/or similar role
