Events Coordinator

Job Description
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events and activities. This role ensures that events run smoothly, meet objectives, and create positive experiences for attendees while staying within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including logistics, vendors, venues, catering, and audio-visual requirements. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure event goals are met. Prepare event proposals, timelines, and budgets. Manage event registration, invitations, and guest lists. Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown. Handle unforeseen situations and resolve any issues during events. Maintain records of event expenses and provide post-event reports and analysis. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements. Source and negotiate with suppliers and contractors. Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels (if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 1-10 years of experience in event planning or coordination. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event management software is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
