Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of kids' birthday parties, corporate team-building workshops, and private pottery events. This role also involves handling customer communication, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless coordination between our teams and clients to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute all private events, including kids' parties, family gatherings, and corporate workshops Act as the main point of contact for all event-related client inquiries, providing timely and professional communication Coordinate with instructors, assistants, and studio staff to ensure each event runs smoothly Customize event packages according to client needs and budget Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and manage all related logistics (supplies, setup, staff scheduling) Conduct post-event follow-ups and gather client feedback Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and suppliers Provide administrative support such as creating proposals, contracts, and event outlines Occasionally assist with general studio activities during high-volume periods
Requirements

Proven experience in event planning, customer service, or hospitality (2+ years preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Proficiency in using scheduling tools, email, and spreadsheets Passion for art, creativity, and delivering joyful customer experiences Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
