Events Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Events Coordinator with marketing experience typically supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, while also contributing to the marketing efforts surrounding those events.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with event conceptualization and development. Researching venues, vendors, and suppliers. Managing event logistics, including registration, setup, and breakdown. Coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Creating and managing event timelines and schedules. Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote events. Creating marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts. Managing social media accounts and engaging with attendees online. Assisting with email marketing campaigns. Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively High level of professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
