We are looking for a Junior Events Coordinator with marketing experience typically supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, while also contributing to the marketing efforts surrounding those events.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with event conceptualization and development.
Researching venues, vendors, and suppliers.
Managing event logistics, including registration, setup, and breakdown.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Creating and managing event timelines and schedules.
Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote events.
Creating marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
Managing social media accounts and engaging with attendees online.
Assisting with email marketing campaigns.
Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance.
