Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and highly organized

Events & Social Media Specialist

to lead and execute company events and drive real-time social media engagement. This role requires hands-on experience in

event management, vendor coordination, and digital content execution

, with a strong preference for candidates from the

real estate industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management

Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including internal functions, property launches, and promotional activations. Prepare detailed event plans, budgets, checklists, and timelines. Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, permits, guest lists, branding, and on-site execution. Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with analysis and recommendations.

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

Source event-related materials, promotional items, and branded merchandise. Liaise with suppliers and vendors, obtain quotations, and

negotiate pricing

to ensure cost-efficiency. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of all event-related materials and services.

Social Media & Content

Execute

live social media coverage

during events across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Post real-time stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes content to increase visibility and engagement. Work closely with the creative team to capture and edit basic visual content when needed. Monitor social media trends to optimize event-related content and reach.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.

2-4 years of experience

in a similar role, preferably within the

real estate development industry

. Proven experience in

end-to-end event management

and live social media coverage. Strong coordination and negotiation skills when dealing with vendors and suppliers. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Basic skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
