Engage with guests to understand their needs and promote hotel services or offerings. Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up when needed.

Graduate Must be able to read and write in English. Must be able to speak fluently in English with guests and colleagues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
