We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relation Agent (Emirati Talent) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Relation Agent, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues
Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel's management system
Handle guest complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions
Promote and upsell hotel services and facilities when appropriate
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements as needed
Qualifications
Emirati nationality is required for this position
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Proficiency in computer systems
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of UAE culture, traditions, and local attractions
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest needs
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
