Job Description

Electra Qatar WLL is looking for a proactive and experienced Event Supervisor to oversee the execution of events, exhibitions, and activations. The ideal candidate will ensure all elements of the event are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise on-site event setup and dismantling, ensuring smooth operations
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, design) and external vendors
Manage event crew, subcontractors, and labor teams during execution
Ensure compliance with HSE standards venue regulations, and timelines
Solve on-site issues quickly to minimize disruption
Conduct site visits and inspections prior to event build-up
Communicate event progress and updates to project managers
Ensure final event setup aligns with approved designs and layouts
Requirements

3-5 years of experience in event production or supervision

Strong background in events, exhibitions, or live activations

Good understanding of event logistics, build-up sequences, and site coordination

Ability to lead and manage on-site teams under pressure
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
Preferred Skills

Technical knowledge of event materials, AV setups, staging, and structures
Familiarity with Qatar event venues and regulations
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and floor plans
