As we continue to expand our reach and deliver breathtaking experiences, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Success Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Determine project feasibility: Check a site for the project and eligibility for a drone flight permit;
• Calculate all transport and other expenses;
• Approve site for the project;
• Liaise with client regularly, managing expectations;
• Coordinate drone transportation and logistics;
• Reconcile animation;
• Communicate efficiently with all departments in order to launch a successful show;
• Organize trips for the team as well as meals on site;
• Follow in house process\xe2\x80\x99 and documentation structures;
• Participate in the project and manage all elements of the drone show;
• Receive and evaluate post show feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of work experience in Event Management.
• 100% Responsibility.
• Fluent English is a must, verbal and written, a second language will be an advantageous but not required
• Ability to work & deliver under pressure. (This position should be in touch 24/7 during projects, should follow up the client\xe2\x80\x99s timezone).
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
• Ability and willingness to travel Internationally or Domestically up to 60% of the time.
