Conduct independent research to identify and qualify potential leads.
Reach out to global prospects via calls and emails to promote and secure event participation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for events.
Event Support and Stakeholder Management:
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees.
Act as a professional representative of the company at other events.
Administrative and Coordination Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Prepare post-event analyses to improve future strategies.
Travel Requirement:
Be available for international travel to support events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- 3-4 Years of Experience in Sales for Events and Conferences
- Bacherlor's Degree
- Well-versed and Fluent in Spoken and Written English (Fluency in Arabic is a major bonus)
Strong research skills for lead generation and market analysis.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
