The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service.
Effectively communicate with clients, and internal teams to coordinate and share event details, and ensure everyone is aligned with the event objectives.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, timelines, and resources.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive event-related revenue growth, leveraging your expertise to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to team members involved in event-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Event Sales and Customer Support.
Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
