About the Role
We're looking for a
results-driven Event Sales Representative
who knows how to hunt clients, pitch ideas, and close deals across
corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and private functions
.
This is a performance-driven role -- not a desk job. You'll be responsible for generating revenue and maintaining high-value relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new clients from corporate, hospitality, and private sectors.
Present, negotiate, and close event contracts.
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
Maintain a solid sales pipeline with clear weekly reporting.
Work closely with the event planning manager to deliver seamless execution.
Attend site visits, meetings, and networking events.
Bring in new leads and clients
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
Minimum
7 years of experience
in
event management & sales
.
Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
Must be comfortable with high-pressure timelines and demanding clients.
Reliable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Offer
Base salary + commission per closed deal
Growth path to Senior Sales Manager or Business Development Lead.
