Event Sales Manager
Job Description
Identifying potential clients and developing relationships with them Pitching event spaces, services, and products to prospective clients Negotiating contracts and prices with clients Coordinating with other departments to ensure client needs are met Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase event bookings Tracking sales data and maintaining accurate records Managing client queries and resolving any logistical issues Overseeing the event planning, organization, and production process Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Participating in promotional activities and trade shows to market events Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective advertising strategies Ensuring all events comply with health and safety regulations
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for all events. Identify potential clients and present our event services. Negotiate contracts and seal agreements with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities. Collaborate with the event planning and marketing team to promote our services effectively. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare detailed reports on sales results and productivity. Ensure all events meet quality and safety standards. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally. Participate in events, fairs, and exhibitions to network and promote our services.Qualifications
Proven experience as an Event Sales Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of the event planning and sales industry. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HospitalityJob Type: Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
