Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the events and hospitality sector
Pitch and sell event services such as venue bookings, event packages, and custom solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, and agencies
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (event planners, marketing, operations) to deliver successful events
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
Maintain accurate records of all client communications and sales activity in CRM systems
? Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or service-based industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent client service
Familiarity with event planning processes and timelines
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/projects at once
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email, and MS Office/Google Suite
