Job Description
Responsible for driving event sales, managing high-profile functions, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Location: Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate, social, and VIP events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event partners. Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from inquiry to completion, ensuring flawless execution. Prepare proposals, contracts, and event budgets. Collaborate with F&B, operations, and marketing teams to maximize revenue and service quality. Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding brand reputation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in event sales and management, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Professional appearance with exceptional client service orientation. Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
