Job Title: Event Sales Manager - Dubai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing contracts with event organizers and suppliers in Dubai, to provide our products and services to their events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, events, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify upcoming events in Dubai, including festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure contracts with event organizers and suppliers Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, suppliers, and stakeholders Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that our products and services are provided at competitive prices Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services Manage and track sales performance, providing regular updates to management Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the events industry and market trends in Dubai

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the events or hospitality industry Strong knowledge of the events industry in Dubai, including key players, trends, and market dynamics Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Experience with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with event sales in Dubai or the Middle East region Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to events Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field Fluency in Arabic and English
