We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Event Sales Manager

to lead and grow our event sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client relationship management, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful event bookings. You'll play a key role in driving revenue through corporate bookings, sponsorship sales, and venue partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations Develop tailored event proposals and pitch decks to meet client objectives and budgets Manage end-to-end sales cycle--from lead generation and pitching to contract closure and handover to operations Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and partners Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure high client satisfaction and retention Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field 4-6 years of proven experience in event sales, corporate sales, or hospitality business development Strong understanding of event sales processes, client relationship management, and sponsorship selling Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of closing high-value deals Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) UAE market experience and existing network in corporate or events industry is a strong advantage Valid UAE driving license preferred

Preferred:

Experience in selling venue spaces, event packages, or B2B event sponsorships Exposure to corporate events, trade shows, gala dinners, or large-scale networking events Immediate joiners or short notice preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
