Event Sales Manager
Job Description
Four Seasons Events is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. With 25+ years in the UAE market, we specialize in delivering exceptional corporate events, MICE, conferences, gala dinners, team building, and more -- all backed by our in-house AV & decor production.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Drive business development for corporate events
Create customized event proposals and close deals
Collaborate with internal production and operations teams
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven track record in event sales (corporate sector preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and result-oriented

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the Event Industry (especially Corporate Events in Dubai)
UAE Driving License: Advantage

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
