We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated
Event Sales Manager
to drive business growth and strengthen our client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events and entertainment sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and sponsors.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closing.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be currently based in Qatar (local hire only).
5-8 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, business development, or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.
Fluency in English and Arabic language.
