About the Role



The

Event Sales Manager

plays a key role in attracting new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring QNCC remains the preferred destination for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. This role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on client engagement to deliver commercial success and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and secure new business opportunities across the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and corporate sectors. Manage the entire sales process -- from prospecting, pitching, and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, government entities, and event organizers. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Event Planning, Marketing) to ensure smooth event delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and promotional strategies. Represent QNCC at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums. Meet and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum

5 years' experience

in event, hospitality, or convention sales, preferably in Qatar or the GCC. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of event sales processes, especially within the MICE sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,500.00 per month
