Event Project Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in planning and organizing event deliverables, schedules, and project documentation. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue teams, and internal departments for smooth event execution. Prepare project timelines, checklists, and follow-up reports. Support in managing event logistics including permits, bookings, approvals, and material requirements. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Participate in site visits, rehearsals, and on-site support during event setup and execution. Ensure accurate communication between operations, design, production, and client servicing teams. Handle basic administrative tasks such as email communication, documentation, and coordination. Maintain organized project files and event-related data.

Skills & Qualifications:



1-3 years of experience in events. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support on-site event operations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. UAE Valid Driving License.
