Event Planner Pitch & Proposal Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative and business development teams to craft high-quality event pitches and proposals.
Strategize and conceptualize event ideas tailored to client goals and expectations.
Research client industries, competitors, and trends to deliver relevant and innovative proposals.
Create engaging and visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
Assist with budget creation and event planning timelines during the pitch process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed concepts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning and proposal creation in the marketing and events industry.
3D concepts and graphics
Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
