This role requires an energetic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and ensures seamless event experiences that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, celebrations, product launches, and social gatherings end-to-end.
Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Handle
vendor management
including negotiations, contracts, and coordination with decorators, caterers, AV providers, and other service providers.
Manage
public relations (PR)
activities to enhance brand visibility through events and media outreach.
Oversee
social media campaigns
(before, during, and after events) to boost engagement, brand image, and audience reach.
Ensure smooth on-ground execution of events with attention to detail in decor, branding, and guest experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Admin, etc.) to align events with organizational objectives.
Handle crisis management, troubleshooting, and last-minute changes efficiently.
Track and report event performance (attendance, engagement, ROI) and recommend improvements.
