We're looking for a creative and responsible Event Organizer to join our team!
Do you love making people happy and turning ideas into unforgettable celebrations? We're searching for someone who can take full ownership of events - from concept to execution - and create magical moments for our clients.
What you'll do:
Plan and organize full-scale events from A to Z
Come up with original concepts and celebration themes
Decorate venues with balloons, arches, photo zones, and other stylish elements
Order custom cakes, cupcakes, and dessert tables
Work with vendors: decorators, florists, animators, catering, etc.
Coordinate all stages of event preparation and execution
Brainstorm with clients and help bring their visions to life
What we're looking for:
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Creativity and passion for beautiful aesthetics
Ability to work well in a team and manage different specialists
Quick decision-making skills and stress resistance
A desire to grow in the event industry
It's a plus if you have:
Previous experience in event planning or decoration
Project management or time management skills
A good eye for design, color, and visual harmony
