We are seeking a highly organized and creative

Event Manager

with a strong background in

floristry

and a proven track record of working with

hotels and corporate clients

. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to conceptualize and execute floral designs and event setups that elevate brand presence and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events

including conferences, product launches, meetings, and private functions within hotel venues and corporate spaces.

Design and manage floral arrangements

and event decor aligned with client branding and event themes. Liaise with hotel staff, vendors, and clients to ensure all elements are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Create detailed

event proposals, budgets, timelines

, and

floorplans

. Manage setup and teardown of events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Provide

creative input

for floral styling, centerpieces, installations, and decorative concepts. Maintain a strong network of vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services. Stay updated on

event trends

, seasonal floristry, and hospitality standards. Ensure compliance with all

health and safety

regulations. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Requirement:

Proven work experience as an Event Manager in the flower industry and dealing with hotel and corporate clients

5+ years of experience

in event management, with a strong portfolio of

floristry-focused events

. Experience working with

hotels, corporate clients

, and high-profile events. Strong knowledge of

flowers, plant care, floral design principles

, and seasonal availability. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities. Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and travel to event sites as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event planning software, and design tools is a plus. Atleast 6-7 years of UAE experience as a Sales Manager in the flower industry Strong leadership and managerial skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales plans Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
