Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and deliver a calendar of student events and activities (social, cultural, wellness, academic, and community-focused)
Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, budgets, and schedules
Promote events through digital platforms, and on-site engagement
Collaborate with external partners
Manage event budgets and track expenses
Ensure events comply with health, safety, and accommodation policies
Collect feedback and evaluate event success to improve future programming
Provide on-site support during events, including occasional evenings and weekends
Desirable Attributes
Experience working in student accommodation, education, or youth-focused environments
Knowledge of student engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Basic budgeting and reporting experience
