We are now looking for a

dynamic and driven Event Manager

to join our team in Dubai and take the lead on managing our portfolio of corporate and entertainment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute

corporate events, conferences, seminars, concerts, and venue rentals

from conception to completion. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, production teams, and partners. Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, technical production (AV, staging, lighting), staffing, scheduling, and hospitality. Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment with company goals and branding. Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail and cost-efficiency. Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. Source and manage third-party suppliers and negotiate contracts when needed. Produce post-event reports and client feedback summaries.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong

project management and organizational skills

with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. A team player with leadership capabilities and a strong sense of ownership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Prior experience

in event management, hospitality, media production, or venue operations is

preferred but not mandatory

- passion, attitude, and adaptability matter most.
