This is a marketing agency that goes beyond creating digital products and providing digital services. The Mira Tech looking for Event Manager in Dubai, who will be responsible for strategic planning, coordination, and successful execution of events.

- Development and maintenance of the event calendar across all areas of the holding.
- Planning and organization of events, including conferences, presentations, workshops and other types of events.
- Coordination with the design team to prepare all necessary materials for events.
- Ensuring design solutions align with the brand and objectives of each event.
- Communication with contractors and service providers to secure necessary resources.
- Contract negotiation and monitoring, including budget and work schedule approval.
- Monitoring the execution of events in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of conducted events and developing recommendations for improvement.
- Participation in the development of event budgets, expense monitoring, and maintaining financial discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing various events, preferably in large companies.
- Experience in project management of events from scratch, including planning, coordination, and result evaluation.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
- Successful experience in coordinating with external contractors and service providers.
- Understanding of processes involved in collaborating with design teams, including technical aspects of material production.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions.
