Job Summary: Looking for an Event Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Understand event objectives, target audience, as well as desired outcomes
• Assist in developing comprehensive event strategies, concepts, as well as themes that resonate with the audience and align with organizational objectives
• Create event budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure smooth execution from inception to conclusion
• Conduct research, identify, and negotiate contracts with suitable venues for events
• Manage all logistical aspects of the events
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event-related materials and services are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop marketing plans to promote events through various channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials
• Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Foster relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their objectives aligned
• Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should hold relevant qualifications with practical experience in events management
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Should have a creative thinking and ability to conceptualize unique event ideas
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent budget management and negotiation skills required
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in event planning software and tools
