We are seeking a creative and organized Event Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of various events. As an Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful coordination of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage all aspects of event logistics will contribute to the memorable experiences we create for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and goals.
Develop event concepts, themes, and creative elements.
Create and manage event budgets, including cost estimation and expense tracking.
Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues for event services.
Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, d\xc3\xa9cor, catering, audiovisual, and transportation.
Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
Provide on-site coordination and supervision during events.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Handle event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.
Oversee marketing and promotional efforts for events.
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Event Manager or in event planning is preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize unique event ideas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Budget management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
