About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Event Manager

to plan and execute large-scale property and investment events within the

UAE market

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in event management, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful, high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage property and investment events across major UAE cities from concept to completion. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure event objectives align with company goals. Oversee event logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution to maintain premium brand standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, venues, suppliers, and government entities. Manage event budgets efficiently while ensuring high-quality execution. Identify new opportunities for event participation and brand exposure in the UAE market. Monitor and evaluate event performance to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in event management within the UAE. Real estate event planning experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of local event operations, regulations, and market dynamics. Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
