We are seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused

Event Hostess

to represent our brand and ensure guests have a welcoming and seamless experience during events, exhibitions, and conferences in Dubai. The hostess will act as the first point of contact, providing assistance, information, and support to attendees while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Provide information about the event, company, products, or services. Assist in guest registration, ticketing, and seating arrangements. Guide and direct visitors within the event venue. Distribute brochures, flyers, or promotional materials. Support the event team with coordination and smooth execution of activities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism. Ensure the exhibition booth/venue area remains tidy and presentable at all times. Represent the company brand with courtesy, confidence, and elegance.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a hostess, promoter, customer service, or in events (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic or other languages a plus). Presentable appearance with a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: AED10.00 - AED15.00 per hour
