Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Event / Exhibition Production Supervisor
to oversee the planning, setup, and execution of exhibition stands, events, and activations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production teams, vendors, and on-site operations to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all production activities for events and exhibitions from setup to dismantling. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Oversee site preparation, logistics, and materials handling. Manage on-site teams and ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements. Monitor budgets and report project progress to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
in event or exhibition production supervision. Strong technical and practical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. UAE experience and driving license preferred.Education:
Diploma or ITI in Civil / Interior Designing or Equivalent technical qualification.
