Job Title: Event / Exhibition Production Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Event / Exhibition Production Supervisor to oversee the fabrication, setup, and execution of event and exhibition builds. The ideal candidate will manage production teams, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise fabrication and installation of event/exhibition structures, stages, and displays.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth production workflow.
Manage on-site teams during setup and dismantling, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Oversee material use, logistics, and quality control throughout the project.
Ensure all activities comply with health and safety standards.
Requirements:

5+ years' experience in event or exhibition production supervision.
Strong knowledge of joinery, fabrication, and on-site installation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.
Age Between 35-40 years
Education:

Diploma or ITI in Civil / Interior Designing or Equivalent technical qualification.
