Diva Talent Production and Event is a leading talent and event management company in the UAE, specializing in creative event solutions, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced
Booker
with strong expertise in securingevent stands, exhibitions, activations, and promotions
.Job Responsibilities:
Identify and book suitable venues, stands, and spaces for exhibitions, trade shows, and activations. Source, negotiate, and secure opportunities for promotional activities across malls, festivals, corporate events, and public spaces. Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, exhibition organizers, and vendors. Coordinate bookings with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and promotions. Keep updated with industry trends, upcoming exhibitions, and new promotional opportunities. Ensure all bookings align with brand and client requirements. Support the sales and marketing team by providing insights on best opportunities for activations and promotions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Booker
or in a similar role within events, exhibitions, or promotions. Strong network and connections in UAE event/exhibition industry. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings under tight deadlines. Knowledge of permits and legal requirements for events/activations in the UAE is a plus. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
