Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end event operations for multiple event types.
Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Source, negotiate, and liaise with venues, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and sponsors.
Oversee event set-up, logistics, and on-site management to ensure smooth execution.
Manage event registrations, guest lists, and customer service before and during events.
Ensure compliance with Qatar's event licensing, permits, and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with marketing teams on event branding, promotions, and publicity.
Prepare post-event reports including feedback, ROI analysis, and recommendations for improvements.
Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their vision and delivering high-quality experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of proven event management experience in Qatar
(corporate & social events).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event software/tools is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to event execution.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as per event requirements.
