Job Description
Job Title: Event Designer Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time : As the Event Designer, you will be responsible for translating client visions into visually captivating and cohesive event designs. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and a passion for creating extraordinary event environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event goals, themes, and preferences.
- Translate client visions into creative and visually appealing event designs.
- Conceptualization:
- Develop unique and innovative event concepts, themes, and design elements.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and renderings to present design concepts to clients.
- Venue Transformation:
- Design and plan the layout of event spaces to achieve the desired atmosphere.
- Select and coordinate decor elements, lighting, and furnishings to transform venues.
- Budget Management:
- Work within budget constraints to source cost-effective yet impactful design elements.
- Provide clients with detailed cost estimates for proposed designs.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors to source and coordinate the delivery of event decor, furnishings, and other design elements.
- Negotiate pricing and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Event Execution:
- Oversee the implementation of event designs on the day of the event.
- Ensure that the event setup aligns with the approved design concept.
- Post-Event Evaluation:
- Gather feedback from clients and evaluate the success of the design elements.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation in future events.
- Proven experience as an Event Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles.
- Proficient in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring concepts to life visually.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Visa sponsorship provided by the company.
