Role Overview

The

Event Creative Director

is a

senior leadership position

at 4Sure Events, responsible for

defining the creative vision, direction, and execution

of live events and experiences. This role

leads the creative team

to conceptualize

innovative and immersive event designs

that meet client objectives, engage audiences, and blend

artistic direction with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision and Strategy

: Develop the overarching creative strategy for events, ensuring all design elements, themes, and interactive components align with client brand identity, messaging, and objectives.

Concept Development

: Lead brainstorming sessions and guide the creative team (designers, copywriters, producers, etc.) in developing innovative "big ideas" for event concepts and proposals.

Design Oversight

: Oversee the execution of all visual and experiential elements, including

set design, lighting, sound, digital content, and spatial planning

, maintaining impeccable quality and consistency.

Client Presentation

: Present and pitch creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind design choices to secure buy-in.

Team Leadership and Mentorship

: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of

innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

Trend Analysis

: Stay ahead of

industry trends in technology, design, and live experiences

to ensure 4Sure Events delivers cutting-edge solutions.

Budget Management

: Collaborate with production and account teams to ensure creative concepts can be executed

within allocated budgets and timelines

without compromising the vision.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive experience (7+ years)

in a creative leadership role within the events, marketing, or design industry, with a

strong portfolio of successful, impactful events.

Proven leadership skills

with the ability to inspire a team and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Exceptional creative flair, strategic thinking,

and the ability to visualize and articulate complex ideas effectively.

Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

to pitch ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Technical proficiency

in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong understanding of

event production technologies

(e.g., AV, rigging, digital displays).

Education

: Bachelor's degree in

Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

from an art school or equivalent institution. Advanced qualifications in creative disciplines are highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
