We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator with a strong background in hospitality to manage and execute corporate and social events. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational excellence, and a customer-first mindset to deliver seamless experiences from planning to execution.
What you'll do:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events including conferences, corporate functions, club events, and special occasions.
Collaborate with clients to understand the requirements, budgets, and objectives.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering, decor, audio-visual arrangements, and transportation.
Maintain high service standards in line with the hospitality values
Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and cost analysis.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, PR, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
Minimum 5 years' experience in event planning within clubs or 4-5-star hotels.
Proven track record of managing large-scale or high-profile events.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
