Ensuring that all attendees have been admitted to an event by scanning tickets or checking IDs against a list of registered guests
Supervising event staff such as coordinators, ushers, security personnel, ticket takers, and other team members as needed
Coordinating with caterers, florists, musicians, DJs, entertainers, and other vendors to ensure that they arrive on time and have what they need to perform their jobs effectively
Monitoring the event to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
