We are expanding our network of event / account managers within our CSM Live Dubai office!

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our ever growing and dynamic company, specialising within the sports, entertainment and retail sector!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The role is significantly client facing and based within the UAE. Ideally you will have proven experience within this space and a track record or strategic event planning. Some of the key tasks will include:

Campaign Planning \xe2\x80\x93 specifically for campaign strategies, global market and event activations. You will input into campaign direction and activation planning, steer in brainstorms, be creative and shape ideas, call on your industry knowledge, and manage all budgets.
Implementation \xe2\x80\x93 you will be central to bringing the plans to life, managing dedicated areas of the account. You will have an instrumental role working as part of an All Agency team and managing rights holders, from providing briefs and guidance through to approvals and delivery.
Evaluation & Review \xe2\x80\x93 you will be familiar with KPI setting and delivery against them, leading in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents.
Self & Team Management \xe2\x80\x93 you will build the respect and commitment of team members by developing a collaborative working relationship, delegating effectively and fairly.

Client / Account Management

Development and management of own relationship with the client, and day-to-day client management
Lead the relationships and management of markets, all agencies, and partners
Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and markets where relevant), including consolidation of notes and actions
Support in the campaign strategy and project planning (with Account lead)
Lead internal and All Agency brainstorms, and ideas development
Lead all market communication, global toolkits, activation planning
Development and management of project timelines, budgets, invoicing/cost management, PO\xe2\x80\x99s
Implementation of all aspects of the campaign touch points including; general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live activations, digital & social strategies, PR & Comms
KPI setting and campaign evaluation
Approvals process and management

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

Agency experience
Experience working on large global consumer brands is preferred, but not essential
Ability to influence decision making processes, both within the Agency and the client organisation
Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines
Ability to think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise
Ability to enthuse and motivate others
Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written \xe2\x80\x93 and attention to detail
Creative thinking
Knowledge of, and passion for, both sport and music & entertainment is a bonus
