vehicles are promptly moved to free up slots.
Connection Assistance: Assist drivers with physically connecting and disconnecting
the charging cable/plug safely and correctly.
Operation Monitoring: Observe the station and customer vehicles during the charging
cycle to ensure adherence to safety policies and usage rules.
Operational Reporting: Record and document daily charging session details, customer
feedback, and any station irregularities.
Minor Troubleshooting: Attempt to resolve basic non-technical issues, such as failed
connection attempts or payment card errors.
Incident Reporting: Immediately report all complex technical faults, equipment
damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor or technical support team.
Site Cleanliness: Perform routine checks and basic cleaning of the charging units and
surrounding parking area to maintain a professional appearance.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce all station rules, regulations, and basic site safety
protocols with customers and drivers.
Vehicle Details: Record specific vehicle details (e.g., license plate, make, model) as
required for operational logs and reporting.
