We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a Luxury Restaurant in Dubai
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. The Assistant Restaurant managers ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably. Must coordinate a variety of activities, combines strategic planning and day-to-day management activities, in order to enhance restaurant sales. Responsible for the business performance of his restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. Have creative aspects, particularly in marketing and business development.
What you'll be doing as Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- You will support the Restaurant Manager to ensure the excellent delivery of restaurant operations
- You will be on top of recruiting, training and developing top talents in the business
- You will be the ambassador of our values
- You will be a hands-on Manager that treats the restaurant like his own
