We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician specializing in
European and German brands
(Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, etc.) to join our elite team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of luxury vehicles, with a strong focus on
quality, precision, and efficiency
.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using OEM-level diagnostic tools (e.g., Xentry, ISTA, ODIS, VCDS).
Perform repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance on German/European vehicles.
Conduct engine and transmission overhauls, suspension work, and brake system repairs.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Collaborate with service advisors and team members for smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest technical bulletins and vehicle systems.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience
working with European/German brands.
Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical service manuals and wiring diagrams.
Experience with dealer-level diagnostic tools and software.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
OEM Certifications from German brands (e.g., Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician, BMW STEP program, etc.)
UAE Driving License - Advantage
Familiarity with hybrid and EV systems in modern European vehicles.
